On 27th March 2014, the Minister of Education Department in Cambodia and the President of Youth Association visited the SSEZ. They received warm receptions from leaders of the SSEZ Company and had a cordial and friendly conversation between each other.
The Minister said the members of the ASEAN—Japanese Youth Association are the representatives of the young elites from Japan and countries in ASEAN. It hopes that the SSEZ Company could cooperate to conduct the visiting activity in November. He said the SSEZ is one of the most developed economic zones in Cambodia and gained the high attention and praise from the President Hun Sen and many departments of the CDC. The young elites will get a deeper acquaintance of the special economic zone in Cambodia through making an investigating in the SSEZ, which will be helpful for the growth and development of the youngsters as well. Moreover, this activity will extend the influence of the SSEZ in Japan and ASEAN.
The leaders of the SSEZ Company showed the appreciation for the Education Department and t the Youth Association. A report about the construction situations of the SSEZ, the increase of the employment rate in local place and the career training information was made by the SSEZ staff. The leader of the SSEZ Company said the education is the foundation of the economy development and he SSEZ Company pays high attention to the cultivation and construction of the talent team. During several years, the number of training classes about career skills and languages is more than ten with more than 5000 participants. Moreover, in order to create the SSEZ becoming “Chinese Shenzhen” and drive the development of the local economy, not only the workers in factories are need, but also a large amount of talents who master a variety of skills such as economy and management. It hopes that more youngsters could be attracted and joint in the construction of the SSEZ. |
