In order to meet the demand and decrease the price of electricity, the electricity supply method was changed from self-produced power of SSEZ company to Sihanouk Province Administration of Power Supply with the support of the first meeting of Coordinating Committee in Dec 2012 and effort made by SSEZ company. From 12th July Sihanouk Province Administration of Power Supply provided enterprises with electricity through 12500KVA substation equipment in SSEZ and now the trial operation was conducted. The original Diesel Power Generation system will be used to produce electricity when the power outages happen suddenly. With the improvement of power supply condition of Cambodia, the price of electricity will have a gradient decrease. Therefore, the electricity cost of enterprises in SSEZ will reduce at the same time.
