On 28th August, the first Standardized Management Institution (“The Regulations of Property Management and Fee Collection Methods of Sihanoukville Economic Zone CO.,LTD”) was conducted, written in English and Chinese.

With an increase in numbers of entered investors and people, the SSEZ Company is expected objectively to enhance the management in various aspects to guarantee the health development of SSEZ. In order to regularize the methods of property management and fee collections as well as to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, the Regulations of Property Management and Fee Collection Methods of Sihanoukville Economic Zone CO.,LTD was made based on local legislations, administrative laws and regulations, several-year personal experiences, other successful actions of other economic zones and suggestions from entered enterprises. This regulation would be conducted on 1st Sep. 2013.

There are 12 articles in this regulation which illuminates the aims and meanings of making regulations and defines the rights and obligations between the SSEZ Company and proprietors. The regulation stipulates the scopes and contents of property management services. At the same time, the basis and usages of fees are revealed. Furthermore, this regulation also mentions the fee collections of water and electricity supplies, the engineering construction, the management and fee collections of power transformers installation and running.
