In order to satisfy the various demands of entered enterprises, the SSEZ not only treats leasing lands as the dominant ways of investment attracting, but also collects funds to build factories at the same time to help some enterprises of processing and assembling types who are eager to rent factories to start production. According to the plans, the number of new-built factory this year is 5 (19600 square meters), but the rainy seasons were coming since June, the expected deadline of factory building was seriously affected. The SSEZ tried its best to conquer difficulties to shorten the time of factory building. The NO.16 factory (5372 square meters) was finished and given to leaseholder on 8^th July. The locations of four factories (NO.30-33) are low-lying and the starting building day of them is close to rainy seasons as well. Therefore, this area was like an “ocean” during these four months, but the SSEZ has already finished the foundations of two factories. In the middle of September, the containers filled with steel structure arrived at construction site and the SSEZ will follow up the construction of steel framed structures.
